Hi Louise. Life really does keep swinging back and forth between good times and bad times, doesn’t it? Nothing stays completely good forever, but at the same time, nothing stays completely terrible forever either. That’s the strange thing about life. Even when it feels like something will last forever, somehow it always shifts again.
Wow. Instant subscribe. I’m so glad the algorithm suggested you. This is really powerful, and I don’t use that word very often. I love how you use the forward slashes to cut through time, compressing. This is really great work!
I think It’s a matter of where we put our attention and of gratitude. I’m travelling today and the water in my street went off for emergency repairs two hours before I left, before I had time to wipe out the fridge, do the dishes or have a shower. Annoying. Fortunately I was packed. I live by the beach and can walk up and shower in the public changing rooms. I did that, breathing in a sunny morning, and on my return I watched three young men down a deep hole fixing pipes. I’m grateful that they are doing that!
Words that feel the cracks.
Name the architecture.
